PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Makeup by Rhianna Jade The Academy

By purchasing any course, lesson, or training programme with Makeup by Rhianna Jade The Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Purchase Options

1.1 Full Payment

A deposit payment of £100 will be taken to secure your slot. Students are required to pay the remaining amount of the booking fee on the first day of training. 

1.2 Deposit Payments

Where available, a deposit option may be offered to secure your place.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline before the course start date.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your place and loss of your deposit.

1.3 Payment Plans (If Offered)

If a payment plan is agreed:

  • All instalments must be paid on time.

  • Missed payments may result in cancellation of your place.

  • All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.

2. Cooling-Off & Cancellation (Within 14 Days of Booking)

2.1. You may request cancellation within 14 days of booking, provided your course start date is more than 14 days away.

2.2. Deposits remain strictly non-refundable, even within the 14-day period, as they secure your training space.

2.3. If your course is scheduled to begin within 14 days of booking, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel, and your booking becomes immediately non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. General Cancellation Policy

After the 14-day booking period has passed:

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable

  • Bookings are non-transferable to other dates, courses, or individuals

  • Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Illness or injury

  • Travel disruption

  • Work or personal commitments

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to attend

Your training space is reserved exclusively for you.

4. Academy Cancellations

In the unlikely event the academy must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • An alternative date or course credit will be offered

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at management discretion

The academy is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related costs incurred by students.

5. Transfers & Substitutions

Course places cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

6. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

✔ Understand these purchase terms
✔ Accept the cancellation policy
✔ Acknowledge that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
